In recent Wing Routine Orders, Wing Commander Wilson declared his intention to stand down as O.C. Number 3 Welsh Wing.  It is therefore fitting that we take this opportunity to thank him for his dedication, commitment, guidance and leadership during his years as “Our Boss”.

In his farewell message, Wing Commander Wilson recalls his service as a Cadet, Junior Officer, Senior Officer, ultimate responsibility as Officer Commanding Number 3 Welsh Wing, and the “rollercoaster trip that will live with him forever!”
