As our President, Air Vice Marshall Brian Lucas
needs little introduction to the members
of Number 3 Welsh Wing, and it is with great
pleasure that we are able to promote to our Wing

Originally from South Wales and now living
in Lincolnshire, AVM Lucas is a regular visitor
to back to Wales and his presence is always
warmly embraced at our Wing functions and
