Licentiateship in Youth Leadership and Training
(LCGI) through the auspices of the CVQO. |

experience, to the advantage of the cadets that
we develop and help through their formative

Licentiateship___________________________________ |
| Qualifying for a Licentiateship award could
not be easier, and once qualified, you will be
fully recognized at the level of Master
Craftsman in Europe and towards
the level of National Vocational Qualification
(NVQ) Level 4. |

Who is it aimed at?______________________________ |
| The Licentiateship is suitable for team
supervisors and those at first line management
level. This award recognizes five years of
professional development, after achieving a
level 3 qualification. |
