| Cranfield University are now gearing up for
their 2010 challenge, so this is your
opportunity to win a place on a free five night
residential course at the School of Engineering,
starting on 25th July 2010. |
| If you think you've got a good idea for this
years challenge then please register
here.
There is no commitment involved so you have
nothing to lose and potentially much to gain by
registering earlier than other teams. Once
your registration has been accepted, any entry
you submit by the due date will go forward for
judging. The best 12 teams will be invited to
attend Cranfield. |
| Based on its original entry and subsequent
performance in team exercises at Cranfield one
team will be selected as the overall winner. |
| The winning team will be presented with
£5000 at an award ceremony and reception to be
held at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers
in London on 4 November 2010. The prize money
will be split between the sponsoring school or
organisation and the three team members. Each
team member will receive £850 with the balance
of £2450 going to the sponsoring school or
organisation. The team will also receive the
Schools Aerospace Challenge Trophy presented on
an annual basis by the Royal Air Force. |
