Candidate boards were held at WHQ on Sunday 9th
May 2010 by OC 3WW, Wg Cdr Bob Wilson, DOC 3WW Sqn Ldr
Aeron Kirczey and WSO Sqn Ldr Len Protheroe for
potential officers and SNCOs. The boards involve
an in-depth interview by the board, who asked questions
about the individual, the ATC, RAF and aspects of the
law that would affect them or the cadets in their
charge. |

candidates have passed the initial selection at WHQ and
promotion now lies with RHQ at RAF Cosford: |
